At Qurum International Private School, your position as an Arabic language teacher will be crucial in helping students develop their language skills and cultural competency. Among your duties will be:

1. Creating and delivering interesting, culturally-relevant Arabic language instruction to learners with different levels of ability.
2. Utilizing technology, multimedia, and real materials to improve language learning outcomes.
3. Establishing a welcoming, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes intercultural communication and honors variety.
4. Supplying pupils with individualized feedback and support to encourage language learning and fluency.

Degree Required

Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications:
Teaching experience: 4+ years
Native level Arabic speaker preferred

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2. Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and one or more dialects (e.g., Levantine, Egyptian, Gulf).
3. Bachelors of Education in a related field.
4. At least 4 years proven experience as a teacher in the field.
5. Knowledge of academic management is a tie breaker.
6. Experience teaching Arabic language and culture to students of diverse backgrounds and ages.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for fostering cross-cultural understanding.
8. Understanding of the cultural aspects related to teaching in the Middle East.
